Sten Ojavee

Sten Ojavee is a curator based in Tallinn, Estonia, and has been working at the Estonian Centre for Contemporary Art (CCA) since 2017. His curatorial and research interests center on fashion, clothing, and consumer trends, approached through the frameworks of cultural sociology and art history. Most recently, he curated the solo exhibition of designer Ron Jonas Verlin at Draakoni Gallery in Tallinn and co-curated the 11th edition of the Sequences Festival, Can’t See, held in Iceland in late 2023. In addition to his curatorial practice, Ojavee is a visiting lecturer at the Estonian Academy of Arts and currently serves as the acting director of CCA.
